The Alliance for Continuing Education in the Health Professions offers innovative interprofessional educational programs and services to thousands of CE/CPD educators who utilize their knowledge, skills, and expertise to improve health outcomes.  Members include professionals working in hospitals and health systems, academic medical centers, medical specialty societies, medical education communication companies, the government, and the pharmaceutical/medical device/biotech industries ... anyone involved in the CE/CPD enterprise.

An Associate Membership category offers an introduction to the Alliance at a reasonable price point, and addresses many of the barriers created by the economic downturn and budget cuts. Associate Membership is open to any individual in the field of CE in the health professions who has never been a member of Alliance. Dues are $195 for the calendar year, January – December 2013. Membership is not transferable. Individuals joining the Alliance as an Associate Members will have electronic (online) only access to benefits (website, communities, networking, publications) and select discounts/benefits. Please note that Associate Members do not receive discounts on live meetings, such as the Annual Conference.

Government Member

Government membership is available for any local, state, federal agency employee or employee of organization with legal restrictions (i.e., government funded agency) regarding payment of individual membership dues with government funds. Members are afforded the full benefits of membership. Dues are $365 for the calendar year, January – December 2013. Please note membership is transferrable.

Emeritus Member

Board policy stipulates that an individual have been an Alliance member for at least 15 years, be retired, and earning no income in the CE field qualifies for Emeritus Membership. If you meet the requirements and would like to apply for Emeritus Membership, please contact Marissa Green at mgreen@acehp.org for the Executive Director's approval
