Nancy Lutz Paynter, MBA, CHCP
Founder & Principal
Ms. Paynter received her undergraduate degree from Harvard College and her MBA from New York University. Ms. Paynter founded CH2.health in 2019. Prior to that she joined Genentech in 1998, and was the Director of Genentech’s Medical Education and Research Grants Department in the Medical Affairs division. Ms. Paynter led her team in the development and implementation of the company’s grant giving efforts, as they relate to independent medical education, research and fellowship programs, in addition to forging strategy involving integrated learning systems and solutions.
Ms. Paynter has experience working within the marketing division of the biotech and pharmaceutical industry (Genentech and Pfizer). Prior to this, she worked in the healthcare consulting sector of Price Waterhouse Coopers. Ms. Paynter has extensive experience working in the promotional and nonpromotional sectors of the pharmaceutical/biotech industry, including the development of brand strategies, product launch initiatives and the management of non-promotional activities involving advisory boards, publication efforts and medical education grant oversight.
