Track: Full Session

Session Number: 2021
Date: Tue, May 23rd, 2017
Time: 4:55 PM - 5:40 PM

Description:

As we challenge ourselves to “Lead From Where We Are”, we should also reflect on where we are and where we want to be.  That is, evaluate ourselves and / or our organizations with regard to how we are perceived in our industry. This session will consist of 2 panels: one comprised of colleagues from small, mid-sized, and large pharmaceutical companies; and a second comprised of colleagues from an academic institution, MECC, and medical society. Each panel will speak to the attributes that best exemplify strategic leadership of the members of the other panel (eg, a mirror exercise). The session will conclude with an open discussion between both panels and the audience.
