Description: Join the Foundation as we explore the connection of Quality Improvement (QI) and Education now and in the future. We will be discussing the context in which QI and Education come together; how these connections are mutually beneficial and how they contribute to the goals of the larger unit or organization. The discussion will also include strategies to influence peers and key stakeholders to facilitate buy-in and enhance the value proposition for change.

Learning Objectives:

• Identify three ways you can start the Education/Quality conversation.

• Identify practical, common goals that would benefit from collaboration between Education/Quality teams.

• Personalize the value proposition conversation for your conversation.
