She is the author of two books, one for salespeople called REAL Selling, and one for instructional designers called Empower Sales Success with Effective Sales Training.


COLIN P. WEST, MD, PhD
From Burnout to Thriving: Education as a Restorative Force for Well-being in Medicine

Originally from Seattle, Dr. West received his M.D. and Ph.D. in Biostatistics from the University of Iowa in 1999. He completed residency and chief residency in internal medicine at Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota, and joined the faculty in General Internal Medicine there in 2004. He is currently a Professor of Medicine, Medical Education, and Biostatistics. He is the Director of the Mayo Clinic Program on Physician Well-Being and was named the first Medical Director of Employee Well-Being for Mayo Clinic in 2022. Dr. West's research has focused on medical education and physician well-being and has been widely published in prominent journals including Lancet, JAMA, Annals of Internal Medicine, and JAMA Internal Medicine.

Sonia K. Narang is an architect of change - real change for people, for business and for good. Sonia has 20+ years of experience in organization effectiveness, learning and development and executive coaching in global organizations. 

For the past ten years, Sonia has been consulting a broad range of organizations such as Caterpillar, Microsoft, Estee Lauder, NBC Universal, Planned Parenthood, UCLA Health, Annapurna, Red Bull, Scrubs and Heels and Fortune 50 technology companies. Topics include culture and change management, learning and development, organization design, culture change, and inclusion & diversity. Prior to starting her own practice, Sonia served as an internal Organization Development Consultant for Sony Pictures Entertainment, ABC Media Networks, The Walt Disney Company (EMEA) and American Express. 

Sonia is a University of Southern California graduate with a Masters in Organization Behavior from Teacher’s College, Columbia University. Sonia’s passion includes helping refugees navigate the Western job market and culture. Sonia provides coaching to BIPOCs and believes in making coaching accessible to all. Sonia is an all-around nerd, empath, bibliophile, loves to work out, travel, eat food at hole-in-the-walls and is a Hindi and Hollywood movie enthusiast.
