The Alliance Mentorship Program supports healthcare CPD professionals through structured, six-month mentor-mentee pairings designed to foster career growth, collaboration and connection.
2026 Mentorship Program
Save the date! The application window for the 2026 program will be open March 23, 2026 through May 1, 2026.
Program Overview
- Duration: 6 months
- Time Commitment: 2–4 hours/month
- Format: Monthly one-on-one meetings + optional group mentoring sessions
Participants are matched based on experience, learning goals and interests aligned with the National Learning Competencies. Mentors and mentees are encouraged to co-create their meeting cadence and communication style, with supporting resources provided for each session.
Due to high demand, participation will be capped at just 40 mentors and 40 mentees this year — be sure to secure your spot early. Dependent on program needs and alignment, a mentee may be matched with multiple mentors, and a mentor may guide multiple mentees.
