How much time should I plan to spend on the program each month?
Two to three hours, including:
- Pre work (30–60 minutes)
- 60-minute live session
- Optional office hours
Is this for managers only?
No, all current and aspiring leaders who influence programs, partnerships or outcomes can participate and will benefit.
Do I have to attend the Alliance Annual Conferences?
Yes, the kickoff and capstone occur at the Alliance Annual Conferences.
Will I receive a certificate?
Yes, graduates receive a certificate at the 2028 Awards Ceremony.
Is coaching available?
Yes, optional coaching with an executive coach will be available but is billed separately from other Institute costs.
