Overview
The Alliance Leadership Institute is a year-long program that prepares CPD professionals to lead with confidence and impact. Through a mix of monthly virtual sessions, peer mentoring and optional executive coaching, participants gain practical skills across six leadership pillars. The program culminates with a capstone project and graduation at the 2027 Annual Conference, positioning graduates for career advancement and future leadership roles. Speakers will be a mix of Alliance leaders and external experts in strategy, change leadership, outcomes measurement and governance. Final faculty roster and session specifics will be announced prior to kickoff.

- Navigating Change & AI: Leading through disruption, practical AI use cases and change adoption.
