This session explores the importance of creating neuro-inclusive work environments. Attendees will hear real-world examples of how professionals who are neurodivergent thrive when given flexibility, clarity, and autonomy. Furthermore, participants will learn how small, intentional shifts in workflow design, communication practices, and project management can make a meaningful difference. Attendees should leave the session feeling better equipped to create neuro-inclusive environments that empower CME/CE professionals, strengthen CME/CE programming, and reflect the diversity of the healthcare workforce we aim to serve.
