Alliance Live Registration Rates

COVID-19 Vaccination Requirement

Attendees must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19, defined as two weeks following the second dose of a two dose vaccine (Moderna/Pfizer) or two weeks following a one dose vaccine (J&J). Failure to confirm full vaccination status will result in cancellation of an attendee’s registration and no refund will be provided. This vaccination requirement is in compliance with the state of Colorado's Public Health order requiring vaccination for indoor events of 500+ people within Arapahoe county as well as other select counties. 

Details on how to confidentially record vaccine status via the Alliance Health Pass in the CLEAR app will be shared with registered attendees as we get closer to the event.

Alliance Mask Policy

Masks will be required in indoor spaces unless actively eating or drinking in accordance with current local regulations.

Cancellations/Substitutions/Refunds Policy

Your registration may be transferred to a member of your organization up to 5 days before the event when requested in writing (email, mail or fax). Requests for cancellations (by email, mail or fax) must be received by 5:00 pm EST, Friday, December 3, 2021 in order to receive a refund minus a $150.00 processing fee. Cancellations will not be accepted after that date. The Alliance reserves the right to cancel an event. The Alliance is not responsible for any airfare, hotel, or other costs incurred by registrants. Speakers are subject to change without notice.
