Your Pathway to CHCP Certification

  1. Review the Eligibility Requirements: Review the CHCP eligibility requirements to determine whether you meet the requirements to apply for certification.
  2. Apply for Certification: Submit the CHCP application and required information for eligibility review.
  3. Receive Your Eligibility Decision: Approved candidates receive instructions to proceed with examination registration.
  4. Register and Take the CHCP Examination: Register, schedule, and complete the CHCP examination during an available testing window.
  5. Earn Your CHCP Credential: Candidates who meet the certification requirements and successfully pass the CHCP examination earn the CHCP credential.
