We encourage industry supporters to submit applications that showcase effective strategies for leveraging high-impact outcomes with internal stakeholders.
Please Note: Final outcomes are not required to be selected for presentation. Interim data analyses that reflect meaningful impact and progress will be considered and are encouraged for submission. Any quality/clinical improvement or real-world evidence must include analysis of available data.

- Model for Excellence: The extent to which the program demonstrates meaningful impact and value to CE outcomes assessment.
